The Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Czechia to generate qualified pipeline for our growing sales team.

This is not a high-volume “spray and pray” role. We sell a sophisticated product into a complex, relationship-driven industry. Success requires thoughtful research, clear communication, and the ability to open meaningful conversations with senior people in insurance companies.

You will receive some initial leads to get started, but a core part of the role is proactively researching and identifying new target accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts (MGAs, carriers, brokers and other players in the Delegated Authority / programme business space)

• Conduct multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn and phone) to relevant decision-makers and influencers

• Qualify leads to understand current processes, pain points and buying readiness

• Book qualified discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives

• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM

• Continuously improve messaging and targeting based on what works

• Collaborate with the wider sales and product teams to stay sharp on the product and market

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English — clear, professional and articulate

• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand companies and identify the right contacts

• Intelligent, curious and able to learn complex products and industries quickly

• Comfortable with outbound outreach and managing your own pipeline

• Organised, proactive and self-motivated

• Previous experience in an SDR / BDR or similar outbound sales role is preferred (ideally B2B SaaS)

• Some exposure to insurance, InsurTech or other complex B2B industries is a plus, but not essential

• Based in Czechia with a reliable remote working setup

Compensation

• Base salary: €1,800 – €2,200 per month

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): €2,500 – €3,000 per month
