Every company says it's customer-first. Very few know who their customers are. Their data sits in ten tools, nobody trusts the numbers, and marketing is still guessing.

Meiro fixes that. We're a multi-product B2B platform for Customer Data Infrastructure and Marketing Automation, already trusted by Komerční banka, Fischer / DERTOUR, Oktagon MMA or Megapixel.

Now we're going after the rest of the market. We need someone to lead the charge.

The role

You'll win new clients in Czechia and Slovakia and open new markets abroad. It's a sales job. But you won't sell like a salesperson. You'll show up like someone who understands the CMO's business better than most people in their own building.

CMOs have met plenty of salespeople. The ones who call to talk about the weather. The ones who can't answer the second question. The ones who "check with the team" on everything. You're none of them.

What you'll do

CZ & SK: win

• Close new logos. Smaller deals are yours end to end - direct or via our partners. Big enterprise deals you run together with our Head of Growth.

• Be the CMO's sparring partner. Challenge how they use data. Show them what's possible.

• Run the first call and the intro demo. Our senior presales team takes over when it gets deep.

• Make every pitch personal. Their customers, their data, their numbers. No generic decks, ever.

• Build your own pipeline. No one hands you leads.

• Be Meiro's face on the CZ/SK martech scene. LinkedIn, events, meetups, panels.

Abroad: open doors (20-50% of your time)

• Pick the targets in each new market and find the right people.

• Spot the moment with AI: a new CMO, a CRM job ad, a tool switch, a funding round.

• Start the conversation. LinkedIn, email, phone. Cold calls too, always with a reason.

• Book the first meetings. Hand them over or run them yourself.

How we work

AI is how we work, not a side project. You'll research accounts and build pitches with Claude. Bob, our internal agent, flags who's hiring a CRM lead or switching tools before anyone else calls them.

We move fast. We give people real ownership from day one. We expect a lot, and we back you all the way.

You might be a fit if

• You've spent a few years in MarTech: at a vendor, an agency or in SaaS consulting.

• You have a track record you're proud of. Meetings booked, pipeline built, deals closed.

• You can talk business with a CMO, tech with their team, and budget with both.

• You love what MarTech does for a business.

• You're in biz dev and ready to close your own deals. Or you come from Consulting or Account Management and you have some experience to sell.

• You already use AI every day.

• Czech or Slovak native, professional English.
