About the role

We’re looking for a trusted partner to our CEO who will help take Elredo Voice to the next level 🚀

As we grow, so do the opportunities and challenges. You’ll work closely with our founder and CEO, Matěj, to turn ambitious plans into tangible results. We’re looking for someone independent, analytical and well organised who takes ownership, finds solutions and follows through.

What you’ll do 💻

• Work directly with the CEO on strategic and operational projects and help turn company priorities into action.

• Lead projects across the business, from the initial brief to delivery.

• Support international expansion by preparing new market entry and coordinating external partners.

• Research markets and opportunities and bring clear insights to important decisions.

• Improve operations and processes so teams can work together more effectively.

• Support investor and partner communication with reporting, presentations and other materials.

• Keep things moving by tracking priorities, commitments and next steps.

No two weeks will be the same. You might coordinate a project linked to US expansion, analyse a new market, then help build a process that lets us grow.

Who we’re looking for 🦄

• Experience making things happen. You’ve worked in project management, operations, strategy, consulting or a growing business, and can point to something you’ve taken from idea to delivery.

• Initiative and ownership. You find a way forward without waiting for detailed instructions and follow through on your commitments.

• Strategic thinking, practical action. You can see the bigger picture and enjoy doing the work that moves it forward.

• Organisation across priorities. You keep several projects on track and know when to focus, delegate or ask for help.

• Clear thinking and communication. You turn data and complex information into useful recommendations, and work well with colleagues, investors and international partners.

• Confidence with digital tools. You use AI tools in your work and communicate professionally in English.

• Comfort with change. You stay curious and resourceful when plans shift or there’s no ready-made playbook.

Experience with international expansion, fundraising or improving company processes is a plus. What matters most is how you think, learn and take ownership.

What success looks like 📈

• First month: You know the team and key priorities, and have taken ownership of your first projects.

• Within three months: You independently move several projects forward, with clear deadlines and reliable investor reporting.

• Within six months: You own a portfolio of projects and help the leadership team keep priorities moving without the CEO driving every step.
