We are looking for a strategic Marketing & Content Lead who is ready to take charge of Behavio’s brand and demand generation. In this role, you’ll own our content strategy, shape our global positioning, and lead our marketing team from our Prague HQ.

The role

This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution. You won't just sit in spreadsheets – you’ll directly shape our content, mentor a team, and turn marketing into a core growth driver for Behavio.

You are not starting from scratch. You’ll build on a strong brand foundation, an active content ecosystem, and ambitious marketing initiatives across EU and US markets.

• Support & grow the team: Guide, mentor, and set daily priorities for 2 direct reports, while working with external freelancers when needed.

• Manage plan, channels & budget: Work alongside our CEO to set quarterly marketing OKRs, manage campaign budgets, and track what’s actually driving results.
  You’ll maintain overall oversight across our marketing channels (PR, social, paid, web, events) and evaluate channel performance, spot what works (and what doesn't), and guide the team's priorities accordingly

• Drive pipeline & lead gen: Partner closely with Sales to generate quality MQLs/SQLs and ensure our marketing supports real business growth.

• Drive Content Strategy & AI Search (GEO/AEO): Build and execute an ambitious content strategy (podcasts, blog, case studies). Drive our GEO/AEO visibility to ensure AI engines and market leaders cite Behavio as the authority in market research.

• Product marketing & messaging: Help launch new tools, refine messaging for our target audience, and keep our brand voice sharp across touchpoints.

• High-quality content execution: You have a sharp eye for detail, strong copywriting skills, and a great sense for visual design. You’ll ensure our website, landing pages, and content assets match Behavio’s high brand standards. 

Who we're looking for

A smart, curious, and proactive marketer who loves getting things done.

You don't need 10 years of executive experience. We care much more about your drive, strategic thinking, and ability to execute. You combine creative brand ideas with a focus on what actually works.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Content Leadership (SaaS, tech startup, or agency environment).
  

• Experience with demand gen & content: You understand how content converts into pipeline (MQLs/SQLs) and how to measure ROI.
  

• Readiness to lead: You have either managed people before, led external freelancers, or are a senior specialist ready to step into a leadership role.
  

• Experience with modern marketing trends: Solid understanding of  SEO, AI workflows, and emerging AI answer engines (GEO/AEO).
  

• Channel strategy & prioritization: Ability to look at the big picture across multiple marketing channels. You know how to identify top-performing channels versus weak ones, allocate time and budget wisely, and steer the team toward what drives real impact
  

• Networking & Content mindset: Experience or interest in building content partnerships (working with podcasters or marketing creators)
  

• Commercial mindset: You understand client needs and enjoy connecting marketing activities with sales success.
  

• Fluent or Native English: English is our official company language and the primary language of the marketing team.
