Affiliate Manager - Sweepstakes Casino / US Market (On-site, Prague)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to expand and develop our partner network for an international Sweepstakes Casino project targeting the US market.

We are seeking a results-driven professional with recent hands-on experience in US traffic acquisition and an established network of active affiliate partners.

You will take ownership of partner acquisition, onboarding, performance optimization, and scaling, with the opportunity to directly influence business growth and your own earnings.

What We Offer

• Earning potential of up to 100,000 CZK per month, including a fixed base of 42,000 CZK net and performance-based bonuses

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00–00:00 (Prague time), aligned with the US market

• Direct responsibility for developing and scaling affiliate partnerships

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new affiliate partners targeting the US market

• Leverage and expand your existing network of active affiliate partners

• Manage the entire affiliate partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiations to onboarding, campaign launches, optimization, and scaling

• Negotiate commercial terms under CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models

• Analyze US traffic sources, campaign effectiveness, and player quality

• Monitor key performance metrics, including FTDs, deposits, turnover, ROI, and profitability

• Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postback integrations

• Track KPIs, evaluate partner performance, and prepare regular reports

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing within Casino, iGaming, or Sweepstakes

• Recent hands-on experience: Currently working in the industry or having worked within the last 3 months

• Mandatory experience in US traffic acquisition

• An established and active network of affiliate partners targeting the US market

• Strong knowledge of effective traffic acquisition channels in the US

• Solid understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commission models

• Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postback systems

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

• English proficiency at B2+ level (C1 preferred)

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently achieve performance targets
